Hans claims Captain's Prize victory at Omagh

MANY golfers took to the course to compete for captain Jim Campbell’s prize in Omagh Golf Club.

Perfect weather conditions for golf saw Jude Hans come out on top to win Jim’s prize with a great 69 nett, with Danny McDaid beaten on countback in runner-up spot and Sean Kelly lifting the Gross prize with a 75 Gross.

A club spokesperson said: "Much credit to Richard Barbour and the greens staff for all their work, having the course in pristine condition for the weekend.

"It was a successful and very enjoyable weekend with a great buzz around the club.

"Well done to all the competitors over the two days and congratulations to all prize winners."
