ATO at scene as security alert continues

UPDATE: ATO are currently at the scene of the ongoing security alert in the Culmore Park area of Omagh.

A number of residents have evacuated from their homes and diversions are in following the report of a suspicious object in the area.

The incident unfolded shortly before 4pm and police are advising members of the public to avoid the area until further notice.
