Omagh teenager opens for Bonnie Tyler at sold-out Belfast show

NINETEEN-year-old singer-songwriter Andrew Dolan, from Omagh, marked a major milestone on Friday night as he opened for music legend Bonnie Tyler at the Waterfront Hall in Belfast.

The concert, which launched Tyler’s European tour, was a sell-out with 2,300 people in attendance. Andrew delivered a lively 30-minute set, during which the audience responded enthusiastically, clearly connecting with his performance from the outset.

Describing the experience as “surreal,” Andrew said he was delighted with the reaction from the crowd and praised the atmosphere inside the venue.

Opening for an internationally renowned artist at one of Northern Ireland’s most prestigious venues represents a significant step forward for the young musician, who continues to gain momentum on the live music circuit.
