CARE for Cancer's annual draw has raised over £30,000 for the charity.
A total of £30,929 was raised and the charity has expressed its thanks to all who supported the event.
"Care for Cancer would like to take this opportunity to thank all the businesses that donated prizes and the stores that permitted us to sell tickets on their premises. We would also like to thank everyone who purchased the tickets and to all those who sold tickets on our behalf," said a spokesperson.
"The funds generated will help us to continue supporting people with cancer and their families within a 26-mile radius of Omagh. Your generosity and support allowed us to provide the following. During 2025, we received 250 new referrals, we drove 842 people to appointments, facilitated 1121 reflexology and 255 counselling sessions, 91 bra fittings and loaned 12 recliner chairs to the terminally ill.
"We are based in 1 Campsie Place, Omagh and our centre is open from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm and Friday from 9am to 1pm. Please feel free to contact us on 02882 246599 if you think we can help.
"We are always in need of new volunteers for our centre and volunteers to facilitate our driving service. This is a most valued and rewarding service, providing transport for our clients to hospital appointments based on the driver’s own availability. If you think you would like to help, please call in to the centre and talk to us. Contact our centre on 02882245699 or send us an email at info@careforcancer.co.uk," concluded a spokesperson.
